Model withdrawal form

You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU) gives consumers 14 days, and Fumant voluntarily extends this to 30. The full conditions are in our Terms & Conditions and on our Shipping & Returns page.

You meet the deadline as long as you send your notice before the withdrawal period ends.

1. We confirm that we have received your notice and send you a return reference and the return address.
2. You send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. You pay the return shipping, unless the goods are faulty or we sent the wrong item.
3. We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may wait until the goods are back with us, or until you have sent us proof of postage, whichever comes first.
